Founding partner Noel Allen represents the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA), an association of the U.S.'s 55 boards of accountancy. Allen, Pinnix & Nichols has assisted NASBA in strengthening the regulation of accountancy with its work towards the creation of the Uniform Accountancy Act, the maintenance of relationships with foreign accountancy regulators, and the delivery of the Uniform CPA Exam in the U.S. and overseas.

  • An amicus in support of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) during the U.S. Supreme Court case of Free Enterprise Fund v. PCAOB
